Terms of Use

1. Scope

These terms apply to every tool offered under the zirzibit umbrella (EXIF Scanner, URL Cleaner++, Image Share, Visit Certificate, and others added later). Using a tool means you accept these terms.

2. Nature of the Service

zirzibit tools are provided "as is" and free of charge. No guarantee is made that they will run uninterrupted or error-free.

3. Rules of Use

• You may not use the tools for any unlawful purpose.
• Behavior intended to disrupt a tool's normal operation (excessive requests, exploiting a vulnerability, and similar) is prohibited.
• You are responsible for holding the legal rights to any content you upload or enter.

4. Uploaded Files (Image Share)

Images and videos uploaded to Image Share (share.zirzibit.com) are the responsibility of the person who uploads them. zirzibit only stores these files and serves them to people who have the link; it acts as a hosting provider under Turkish Law No. 5651 and does not review uploads in advance. Protecting a file with a password does not change these rules: admins can review protected files without the password when they are reported, and remove them if they break the rules. zirzibit cannot see or reset a forgotten password.

Uploading the following is not allowed:

• Private footage or images taken or shared without the consent of the person in them, and other people's personal data
• Any material depicting the abuse of children
• Content that glorifies violence, hatred or illegal activity, or that constitutes a crime under the laws of the Republic of Türkiye
• Files you do not own the copyright to and have no permission to share (including films, series and sports broadcasts)
• Malware or content disguised as another kind of file

By uploading a file you allow zirzibit to store it for the time you choose and to show it to people who have the link. When that time runs out (1 hour, 24 hours or 7 days for images; 24 hours at most for videos), or when you delete the file with the delete link, its links stop working at once. The file is then kept for another 24 hours, accessible only to admins so abuse reports can be reviewed, and permanently deleted from the server after that. The service does not offer permanent storage; keep your own copy of your files.

Notice and removal: You can report a file that breaks these rules from the report section on every share page, or by writing to privacy@zirzibit.com with its link. Reports are reviewed, and files found to break the rules or the law are removed before they expire. A record of the removal (a fingerprint of the file, the reason reported and the date) is kept after the file itself is deleted. Requests from competent authorities are handled as the law requires.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, zirzibit cannot be held liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of these tools.

6. Intellectual Property

Each tool's own code, design, and brand elements belong to zirzibit. Open-source components used in some tools remain under their own licenses.

7. Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. Material changes will update the "last updated" date on this page.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey.
